Our policy states that there is no refund for purchased/returned items which has been fully paid by the customer and after signing the invoice & delivery receipt.
If the order matches the photo on the website and in a perfect condition upon delivery, but the customer refused to receive it due to any other reason, a delivery fees of EGP 40.00 must be paid to our delivery representative.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you may be able to exchange the product returned with another product listed on VAZA decoration online store, or accept to receive a voucher/coupon, covers the exact value of the returned item and to be used on the website for a period not more than 2 months.

Only regular priced items may be returned and exchanged. unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
